The President of the Gambia Volleyball Association (GVBA), Kasa Taal has called upon volleyball teams in the Greater Banjul area to come and register with the Association for the upcoming 2011 tournament.

Speaking to this paper on Wednesday, Kasa said the registration in open to all teams from now up to April 22, 2011, though the date of the coming league is not sheduled but Kasa said can register. “No team is restricted to take part”, he said.
The registration cost is D1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred dalasis) as usual. Speaking about sponsorship Kasa said there is no sponsor yet but he and his committee will do their level best to get the league sponsored.
He urged all teams to come and participate in upcoming tournament which is going to be contested differently compared to the previous competitions.
