Medina FC
By Omar Jarju

On a dry Tuesday afternoon, Medina FC battled their local Tallinding rivals Juventus in the ongoing Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation (SESDO) Nawettan at the Serrekunda east mini stadium, in front of many spectators and fans.
Both sides appeared to be better in the early minutes of the game, but less chances until Baba Badjie of Medina sent in a flashy header, which was hard to deal resulted in a goal to nil in the mid first half.
In their effort to level the scores, Juventus reacted by playing well but it could not last long when Medina reclaim their possession. In the 33rd minute, Pa Modou Sarr made it two for Medina to leave Juventus at bay.
Frustration then started on the faces of Juve players, forcing the referee to book Ismaila Saidykhan.
They did all they could but could not break the concrete defence of Medina which left the game 2-0 in favor of Medina.
Ansumana Jallow, head coach of Medina registered his joy of winning, while Ousman Jallow Juventus seemed not to be happy though he accepted the defeat.
